The Lighter Side of Real Estate is a real estate humor page, with a website, on Facebook and other social media. I had been following the page on Facebook for years, but had never reached out and done anything other than share the funny memes. When I started my blog in April this was one of the first blogs I had written. I messaged the page on Facebook to ask if I could use the comic that appears. I included a link to my blog so they could see how well it fit into my blog post. Mike Bell, the owner of the page loved the post, and asked if he could share it. This article has experienced far more shares and likes and comments than anything I have ever written. I hope you enjoy it too.
